Which city set is it in? Chicago, New York, Houston, or Euro? I want to know what building style this is so that I can select the correct one without getting the ugly buildings that may come in the same set.

capacity is low... 1.5k R$$$ and 3.2k R$$ would be my prefs... but hell... thats what the Reader is for :P 8/10... the blue sign and red awning look bad. and the lot is decent-ish... but it rocks and will look nice when i cover the base with some midrises. :) great work

This is my first BAT, so i'm still getting used to the lot editor, but i've calculated the area and came up with those capacities, this was meant to be a residential developement with large living spaces for the wealthy, but i included a $$ version. They appear in all tilesets at this moment, i am still learning and modding is very difficult.

very nice work for the first BAT :) 9/10 because I aggree with flame1396 that the blue sign doesn't really fit to that building.

The lot that this sits on seem to me to be a little plain but the model looks great. I like the shape.

woo 9/10 wonderful for your first BAT. I do iagree though the blue sign doesn't match your building also your skills with lotting should get better over time.

looks really good especially for a first bat but again the blue sign and red door cover thing dont fit in, the lots good but i would have rather had it all paved. still really nice building. 8/10

Great model. As said, lotting and modding could use some improvement. If you need help in modding issues, don't hesitate to pm me.

Id love to see a version with a smaller base, with no park etc. Preferably white. I guess il try to make one in the loteditor for my game. Good work

Please, when you set capacities for a BAT, never mind real life. Don't come up with floor plans and sophisticated estimations - it's no use. Look at the Maxis buildings - are they realistuc? No. And you are making a building for the game and not for real life, so it's best to stick to the values set by the game and not to those set by reality. ;) It's a superb BAT, though, and if this is your first, I can't wait to see the second!

As others said, the red awning, the blue sign and the lot let this item down a bit. The awning could be desaturated a bit, the blue sign could go entirely IMHO (some roof junk instead?), and the lot doesn't complement the building very well, neither in terms of shapes nor colour-wise. Still an incredible first pload - I bet many people are eagerlay awaiting a BAT thread where they can comment on your (hopefully) upcoming next BATs!
