Queenstown
By moganite

This region is part of the west coast of the state of Tasmainia and is named after the largest  town in the area.
Its mostly forrestry mining and eco tourism as the main industries and it is rugged in the east. The valleys in the east are tough to build on but are doable. most of the rest of the map is relatively flat and easy to build on.

Its size is 36 x 32 small tiles. If you want part of this map either PM me or issue a request in my features thread. Its scale is 1/3 simcity4 scale (48m distance betweene vertices)

User Feedback

Recommended Comments

Thanks for the feedback BIWDC and hydra. Hydra hope I got it right the terrain is 48m scaled and the area depicted is about 1 sqdegree of planet Earth scaled to 1/3 SC4 scale. scaling an area this large would make it something like 90x96 km, too big for SCTF and mapper to handle

Ummmm... I'm just going to go and point out that this is a "Sim City 4" map and belongs in the "Sim City 4" category not the “Cities XL” category.
