Thanks took awhile to figure out how to get 3DS Max to do the proper lighting, but finally got it figured.

Good job! I just made the initial download for this and I think it looks great. I will definitely have a use for something like this. 10/10 and congrats on your first upload!

I will have many building coming from the Tucson area. After finally getting my tower running the way it needs to and driving around Tucson. I am convinced we need more realistic buildings on the STEX. Most cities dont have towering scraper apartments or residence, so with that note I will be uplaoding alot of my work here now. Does anyone want a plopable version?

I'll take a ploppable/LM version! Looks like the old apt I lived in during college. 10/10

Very nice work, but I think two separate uploads aren't neccesary. You could have merges both files into one folder.. just a suggestion 10/10

good job for a first upload. I think more parking would have made it a little more realistic, but otherwise looks good. i agree with marcos- both files should be contained in one download.

Great work! As a Tucsonan, I'm always surprised to see Tucson landmarks on here. Interestingly, I am working on a 2:1 scale accurate topographic replica of the Tucson metro area, and this would be useful, although I'm not sure where in the city the Sundance apartments are. They look like some that I've seen around the University area, just west of 4th ave... Can you confirm this?

This is actually a apartment complex located off of 29th Street. As for the files not being together. I received an Private message for a request to make this a plopable as well, after I already loaded this one. For future reference, I will try my best to combine them. Thanks for all the support.

Looks just like apartments in my hometown. In the future, please show lot stats- i cant tell from here if its a r$ or r$$, or what tileset its on. These are just minor, however. 10/10

I agree - the lot could use far more parking. But that's a small complaint... this lot'll find good use nonetheless. 9/10

I went and played the game with this lot and it sprouted like a weed. Ruined the realism of the controlled sprawl I was trying to make... I don't know how much control the modder has over that but it might be something to look into...

I will look into and make it possilbe a Growth stage 3 or 4 currently its a growth stage of 1 so its like one of the first buildings you get. Thanks for the feedback.

Oddly, this looks similar to an apartment complex where I once resided and no, we didn't have much parking there. Thus, this is highly believable.

As much as I like the style of the building, and the quality of the BAT itself, pickled_pig hit the nail on the head... the growth stage of the building, and probably the density, is wrong. Having ninety residents in a low-density zone will immediately jam your streets with traffic. This lot needs to be modded, severely imbalanced with the other lots it develops over.
