realistic dirty IND ???? 1 for both air and water polltution, also cost money to maitain and doesn't funtion properly as an IND lot as it's a plopable landmark and will adversly affect IND demand caps because of it's inability to start a freight comute. Lot looks nice, but doesn't function properly. rating 3 need more work in the stats department to be considered a realistic dirty ind in any manner

A little harsh there, Indisguise. I won't ever critisise without trying to give advice - Any your constuctive comment? Any suggestionson how the problems can be remedied? No Also I was interested to see you've posted just as many BATs or lots as me - The square root of naff all! @ fukuda - I honestly believe the 10 rating I gave was justified alone in your use of G-max - please keep up the good work !

oh, I've been given advice to them for about a year now on how to set proper stats for lots. All has fallen on deaf ears. so if a lot looks ok, and doesn't function either properly in the game or the way the lot maker states, if it loks good and wrecks your game, while playing, your saying it should be rated a 10 ?????
