once again the BV of your lot is about 5 time in game values, using this lot will cause it to grow all over the place and stop others buildings from growing, do you guys do this purposely to promote you own building to grow over all others or you just guessing at the stats ? rating 1- bugged and unusable

There needs to be more auto parts store lots. when i typed in Auto parts in my search it was less than 1 page.. im looking for a Advance Auto parts thats 3x2 big and has 4 parking lot tiles in front of it. can any one be up to the task? this is a special request so i can build it in my NHP pittsburgh region. this version is larger and would be more likly in the suburbs of pittsburgh. so keep the real world building coming so we can keep customizing.

I cannot find "PEG_Overlay-Textures_Vol-1" anywhere. I'm assuming it's part of a texture pack dat file, but I'm not sure which one. It would be nice if when they make dats from multiple files, they included a readme with a list of the included files.

It's now part of bsc:textures-vol01 as mentioned here.

That's pretty much what has been done with BSC Common Dependencies Pack and Girafe's Flora...
