Community Sports Complex 1.0

I like the looks of this lot but I think the maintenance cost is too low considering all the facilities.

Simpatico - I went back and forth on that, but decided that the maint. fee was balanced by the application fees for little league and soccer school. At least that was how I justified it to myself. thanks for the comments.

This is a great idea. I always forget my parks until later in the game. Now I can do one plop!

Hadn't thought of application fees for the leagues. That makes sense.

Where abouts is this located in the menu. Because i cant find it anywhere in the menus.

Great lot, sure beats trying to build a very dense city and remembering to build a single field - so combining it all into one is a fantastic idea. I rated it 9/10, but dont be deterred as it is excellent work, my scores of 10 are reserved for magnificent BATs that have taken very long time to create, but "gorgeous, useful, unique" certainly describes this lot! Well done!
