Love it, about time someone concentrated on the industry type of lots. My city is in excess of 500,000 and it is screaming for industrial jobs. This will fix it :-)

I'm glad you like it...I was afraid 25,000 was a high number, but since I build cities as all industry, residential or commercial, I get frustrated when there aren't enough industrial jobs. Let me know if I need to lower the number of jobs...was thinking it might screw up the transportation system.

Just lower the number of jobs in future lots that you build.

job number a little unrealistic and the tower is really too tall to look like a real industry building

about 20000 jobs less, wider foundation and less height and this would have been an excellent lot... seriously, this just doesn't feel very industrial

I like the concept... and the tower. Good idea mixing a commercial office look with an industrial capacity.

I tend to agree with the comments of Daeley. But I like your concept. Have you considered making an alternate version that produces 5,000 jobs? I think you could include both in your download.

Dang, that would have been a straight 10 if it was CO$$$. Just cannot imagine something like that being industrial, im going to try and change it to c0$$$ thorugh ilive but i doubt it will work, if someone knows how plz. send me a message.

Ok everyone, I've UPDATED this, read the new description. This is only my 2nd lot...I'm REALLY trying hard. If anyone knows how to change it from manufacturing industry, please let me know. Thanks!!! Also I changed the plop cost to $1000 instead of $10k.

I like it. Personally, I'd consider it the headquarters of all the Industrial companies in a city. Ya gotta put the offices and executives somewhere.

How is it being labeled as a Manufacturing industry going to efect the need for industrial jobs?

Tillman, high-tech jobs are primarily for wealthy residents. I run a few cities with many more R$$$ than R$$ or R$ so placing this doesn't really help give my R$$$ residents jobs.

when I ploped it, the tall building didn appear, did I missing some .dat files ?

good function but consider taking out the skyscraper...

The skyscraper is the whole point of the lot! Don't take it out!
