I give it an 8, only because the fountains cause serious lag when you have a lot of them in the game. I create a middle strip on some of my roads and like to fill them up with parks and the like. Otherwise, I like the idea.
Love it, about time someone concentrated on the industry type of lots. My city is in excess of 500,000 and it is screaming for industrial jobs. This will fix it :-)
