Roadside Plaza 1.0

Looks very urban, should look good in a concrete jungle, but what about small cities? Maybe it needs more flora props. Flora props are flexibla because they look good in a big city, as well as a small one.

Sounds good to me...However, I like this version quite a bit...Should I make another? If so, do you like the same textures and such? And which types of flora would you like to see? I think if you put too much variety or too dense of a forest on a small lot like this, it might get to repeditive...

I have a similar lot at home, I just thought of posting it. It looks good in industrial areas and alongside train tracks. It is a pipeline with a single planted tree. It looks nice, hope you like it.

The yellow blockades ensure no excess fines for your city by preventing any cars from running over your sims. Those lawsuits can be pretty expensive, ya know ... and LOL Daeley, I'll think about it ... but I dunno.
