This file was on STEX before the upgrade so no harm putting it back up. IF marrast ever gets back he can re-upload the pack himself if he wants to and salut should remove this one. TY

This file will remain locked until such time as proper uploading permission is obtained.

I have unlocked the files ... these are used by many people and obviously Marras is not interested in fixing it. So I have unlocked it and if you have an issue with that ... contact me.

Vlakhaas, I applaud your decision to unlock this file. Hopefully, because of this decision, the rest of Marrast's fine work will find its way back onto the STEX.

Thank you Vlakhaas for handleing this situation which should have Never happened in the first place. Maybe a review of STEX Mods is in order.

I'm sorry for asking a stupid question but, what does this mod do to the game? I would like to know before I add it to my Sim City game.

I'm glad to see these great lots back up on the STEX... But could you at least have typed out the entire word "Embankment" in the title? I know it's obvious to most, but calling it an "Emb Set" isn't going to draw as many search hits as calling it an "Embankment Set" would. Just my $0.02.
