The Brown Eye Real Estate office building is based on a real building in Nieuwegein, The Netherlands. The real building was demolished a few weeks ago. I liked that building very much so I decided to make a 3D model of it for SC4
this model comes out in 2 versions: a plopable and a growable. both have 112 CO$$$ jobs (stage 3). more stats are in the read me
