A very nice building. The painted sign on the side is a nice touch, very nostagic. It's too bad I can't download it.

Great to have this fixed. I really wanted to download this one especially. It's the best of the bunch in my opinion.

I don't get it. Why would a BAT model have dependencies? Anyway, a very good BAT and looks like it will compliment the SmalltownUSA stuff nicely. 10/10
