    Will I buy it? Maybe. As others have said, I'm disappointed in the direction of SimCity Societies and while I actually understand the desire to "dumb down" the game for accessibility for a wider audience, I believe they cut out too much of the game mechanics like transportation networks that made the game fun for me. If Cities Unlimited can provide this element with a provision for fan mods and custom content to catch all of the things they miss then I'm down with it. Of course, it probably means that I'll have to buy a new computer since my laptop can barely play SC4RH these days with all of the great custom content I use.

    I really like this design. The only criticism I have is I think the signal pole should be closer to the corner nearest the intersection. That's generally where they are located in the real world.

    This is an excellent lot! It actually reminds me of an old abandoned downtown hotel in my hometown that is currently being renovated. I will definitely be using this one in my simcities.

    Can someone create (or direct me to a mod) a mod that would allow me to isolate the coverage for individual schools, hospitals, and other civic buildings? Educational buildings are especially difficult, because the game will simultaneously show radii for ALL schools, colleges, libraries, museums and such at the same time which can be confusing when some buildings are near to each other. I want to be able to click on a school and see its radius alone.

    Thank you for providing this. I'm a noob at BATting, so I plan to practice with a few of these files to learn how to create more complex buildings. I can envision creating an apartment complex lot with this model.

    Great work! These some of the most realistic looking billboards I've seen on this site. I concur with others who are against the parking lot base so I'll delete it with Lot Editor before I use these.

    This is a good looking lot, imho! I've been wanting more of these old school "five and dime" type stores for my downtown areas, so this will work nicely. Please keep 'em coming!
