The night-lighting makes the building look hollow and is kind of sparse. I'd only suggest doing interior lighting if it complements the model, which in this case, I don't think it does. You could, for example, use an opacity map on the windows to simulate window shades and blinds.

@ssj3barua You have probably a very large CS$$ demand. The solution is: Remove one of the growable LOTs. Or remove the whole grow file and plop the building ;-)
