Another set of buildings in my wall-to-wall line! This time a neat but exclusive commercial building.
This set gives You tree different colour versions of this building. In real life, those buildings usually contain a mix of offices, apartments and shops. But in the game You need to chose one purpose, so in this case I chose to grow them as commercial Office.
The growable building is a stage 5 building that provide 46 high wealth commercial office jobs. Lot size is 1 x 1. They grow in medium and high density zones.
The ploppable versions are found in the landmarks menu, free to plop but without any inpact on your city except the looks.
There are no dependencies! Unzip and enjoy!!
