This house was built by K. Nave Builders, LLC. in a new speculative development outside of Montaukshire.
Montague Oaks, the new development, is a gated community built around Montague Country Club.
Homes feature hardwood floors, at least 3 fireplaces, large kitchens, and tastefully-done landscaping. 5 bedrooms, a home office, and a wet bar are all standard features of our homes as well.
Lots are 2x3 tiles, R$$$, Stage 1. There are two different lots, with 3 building variations, giving a grand total of 6 different lots. All houses in the McMansion set house around 12 people, as this is conducive to growing large tracts. Air, water, and garbage is minimal (no more than 2 or 3 for each).
As these are Residential lots, only growables are included.
