ks, you are unbelievably good at BATting, at least technically. I gotta confess, though, that most of your designs are just a tad too fancy for my personal taste. This is another one of them, so I won't use it, especially since CO$$$ and R$$$ highrises are already dramatically overrepresented. Nonetheles, a perfect BAT is a perfect BAT, and this one is perfect in its own way.

This architecture is matter of taste (beautifull ugly). But, the Molell is worked outstanding and the texture is now much better than at your first releases. A release of the palms as Props would be nice. :-)
