This is my first BAT in the STEX, so this is not a big deal.
Some of you know that the French Quarter is a historical and cultural place in New Orleans.
I decided to recreate at least a building from this great place, this thing is a bar, where most of the people from all over the world meet to hear some jazz or enjoy the Mardi Gras festival.
***The Zip contains a Landmark lot 3x1 and a growable 3x1***
