This is a re-issue of a building that appears to have been lost in the site upgrade.
The model is based on a real-world building from the city of Bradford in the UK housing an outlet of the Britannia Building Society, with office space above.
This is a growable commercial lot which supplies 47 Cs$$ or 81 Co$$ jobs. Further stats are included in the readme.
