You don't have to install all, they're seperate lots, just make sure the dat file is present, it contains all textures.

Good idea, but it looks a bit ugly in my opinion. Overall this is great for a first try.

Traffic control lots add to the games core appeal by expanding the degree by which it can be governed.  All of them in this download have usefulness.  Good job!  Credit must also be given (as above) to BRF for the original mod's conception.
