Zeus Storage is a fictional business investigated by Mulder in the season 1 finale of The X-Files. Based off of a small industrial business near the Vancouver waterfront at 1616 Pandora Ave, which was an appropriate sounding address for the theme of the show, so they used the same street address for it's counterpart.
A nondescript little filler building perfect for a dark 90's alleyway scene, I made the building a little smaller than it actually stands since I didn't think it looked photogenic enough as a larger building with a second floor. It's a simple CS-$$ building lotted for a W2W corner. Watch out for alien bounty hunters posing as humans...
