ok if i remember correctly the model has come from ninja boulevard station, you cannot include that file in your download but link to it only as what is called a 'Dependancy'.

This is a horrible LOT. First, understsand that the level of quality should be higher and that this just clutters the STEX. I know this is your first release, but try BAT, cause we already have enough LOTS. Try next time!!!!!

SCBA, i don't think your one to criticize his work. When you first came here, your first lots were crap but you kept uploading anyway. You've improved, but i wouldn't consider you up-to-snuff just yet. As for the lot, it's a start but I'd suggest you improve greatly before people get annoyed at you.

Trix, #1, you haven't uploaded anything, and #2, I was the only person to make what I did back then, and a lot of people downloaded them.

I'm not one to complain. I can't BAT or LOT or anything, but the STEX has been an outstanding forum for some truly talented designers and is really a creme de la creme for BATs and LOTs alike. This is something that would be much better suited for the simcity.com lot exchange, and not the STEX.

I really think I have a bit of creativity, I just need the recources. I can't BAT because I can't get the gmax 3d tool. (It's not offered any more.) I will also rather upload my stuff to another exchange. Thanks for al the good comments.

Yes lot making is difficult although many people do not seem to understand that. Heinrich2, keep up your practising and you will get better. There are a lot of models and props on here that you can use if you give credit to the makers.

See BarbyW is the lot meister and she knows whats she is talkign about! Keep plugging away dude. I would suggest setting uup your own lot thread e.g. Heinrich's Lot Boutique and showcase stuff there. Then when your lot has been perfected up load and you wont get so many jerk offs giving you hassle!

for your next plaza try to create a theme in it. use one groundtexture and use some nice props but don't make it look like a collection of props. I recommend using props from the maga packs from BSC. they are very nice and almost every one has them jet
