    I think my park is now ready to upload. (all thanx to Barby) I followed all your advise and deleted the hedges so it's able to synch. with other parks.     I really think I have a bit of creativity, I just need the recources. I can't BAT because I can't get the gmax 3d tool. (It's not offered any more.) I will also rather upload my stuff to another exchange. Thanks for al the good comments.

    I only realised that now. (About the parking lot) But I don't know how to edit my description so I can give credit. I also don't know if I have to ask first to give credit. I'm a newbie. Can someonme maybe help me.

    This is my very first upload on the STEX. It's a mix between a plaza and a park. I noticed SimCity doesn't have a plaza with enough green space in it. It would be perfect for a high density city center with no or little green space while still having that downtown feeling. Just put the file in your my documents plugin folder to install. I hope you like it.
