It's not unusual for us to say 'Cool!' about a contributed lot. It *is* unusual for a lot to make us say 'wow'. Excellent choice of architectural styles, very nice attention to detail. The lot itself looks like an architecht designed it. Great job!

then I will say it too, "WOW". I really like the detail in the textrues and the overall design is unique. I especially like how the download has both a CS$$$ and an R$$$ growable. do both growables look the same or is there some variation?
