There are many of these in most cities in the US (The only country I know about for sure) for folks to store things. I thought it would be great if Sims could do the same.
Lot Types: 4x6 Growable, 4x6 Plopable

Jobs : 20 Cs$
Plop Cost : $2400 , Bulldoze Cost : $200
Pollution : Air - 5, Water - 5, Garbage - 150
Flammability : 45 , Max Fire Stage : 3
Power Used - 50, Water Used - 60
Yimby Effects : none , Nimby Effects : none
Monthly Cost : none
Directions: Place all files in a new folder, in the My Docs/SimCity 4/Plugins directory. If you are asked to replace an existing file, keep which ever file is newer.

EDIT:
The Props DAT is not working so I am replacing it with the seperate files untill I work it out.
