Great job, really useful! But, can you clarify, is it a BAT or a lot? (Doesn't matter much, I guess, I like it enough to download either way..)

Great Idea! I think more space between the buildings would be a good change in order for the cars/trucks to drive up to the storage units to load and unload their stuff.

Elbarto92 .. After I posted it I realized I should have maked it as a BAT, but oh well, we live an learn. rudeboy .. My future versions will be more spacious, this was designed based on a real place near me and the spacing is accurate.

Maybe I released it a bit too quickly .. I just noticed the plopable version costs 2400 a month. I did not entend for that to happen. I'll update it tomorrow.

Technically RebaLynnTS is correct in uploading this as a lot. The intention was that the BAT category would be for gMax models but this has long been ignored. A lot is anything that functions in game so this is a lot:-)

The model does not show in lot editor. I used the auto install.

gooberzzz - Make sure the lot you have is big enough (at least - 6x4), and is of the correct type (PZ or CS$), then it should show up.
