About This File

Tired of the sea of grass-style tennis courts? Brighten up the town with two new court styles: Clay and Composite (RedOrange and LightBlue)

Now with all three major types of courts, you can create your own realistic complex or center. Included is a 2x4 pre-made park with all three courts, a 1x2 composite court, a 1x2 clay court, and a standard bench prop. The park has the same functions as a normal tennis park, and the individuals serve as the 1x1 grass lots, and will be found there.

No dependencies, but please tell me somewhere right away if anything inside doesn't work correctly. I'm still figuring this out.

I'm well aware that the new courts are larger than normal, so don't start with "suxx, too big!!2!" I thought the old one was too small, these are evenly rounded to fit in the 1x2 area.

Hmmm... it just looks a bit odd to have so differently sized tennis courts right next to each other, I dunno...

suxx, too big!!3! Sorry ingame courts may be small but are the standard. Tennis courts need a tall fence and a large free area around the court to play. Use a lighter, less saturated and more varied (worn, used) texture for the courts and youll be fine (on a larger lot or with a smaller court).

Vil - the in-game courts down't come with any fence. And these kinds of courts don't get chipped up as easily as the normal concrete-ish ones.

I am sorry, the idea is good, but in this way the court is not very realistic, because the outline of the court is identical with the fence. How shoul someone be able to play on such a court? There are two possible solutions. You make the court smaller or the lot bigger. I would favor the last one.

Looks nice from the screenshot... can you add a wider standard tennis court soon? Now for the pathway issue... well... people don't need very wide walkways in tennis courts, except for spectators...

@Glenni not Idiotland, but a non-english speaking country. What I wanted to tell, is that the baseline and the sidlines of the court are identical with the edge of the course (marked by a fence). But you need some space around the court, so you are able to play. Do you understand now what I mean?

hmm, its good, i guess, but i agree w sum ppl, there should be more space between the fence and the sideline. other then that, its a good one. 8/10

This is a good lot. I mean, it wasn't all that exciting with only one tennis court buildable. Thanks scba. By the way I also dig the atomic "2005" thing.

I love that you tackled this project. I just wish you would have used a slightly lighter color to surround the court. It would have accentuated the playing area and add to the realism
