This is the next official BAT release from RJM Designs. By overpowering demand, the original Peterson Tool Specialties ploppable version has been modded in to a growable version as well.
Peterson Tool Specialties (Simdaq: PTS) is your regions leading supplier of manufacturing automation and mechanical interfaces. This new facility delivers advanced capabilities to increase your manufacturing industries ability to fulfill your Sims growing need for thingamabobs and doohickey bob-jiggers.
The original PTS is Transit enabled, both for passenger / freight rail to the rear of the lot and the entrance on the front side of the lot. To make this lot growable, these features have been removed.
This lot provides 152 jobs, and does have some pollution factors as do most industrial type BATs. This BAT also comes with a custom query as well.
This is a growable I-m BAT.
This lot has several dependencies, all of which are listed and linked to in the readme file. There are custom textures and props for this lot, so be sure to download those packs as well as the original PTS here:
