I don't know how you would want me to work on the night-lighting. If you look closely you'll see that it is fully interior night-lighting with interior geometry. Completely realistic -- this building has no massive floodlights on it if that's what you mean.

Awsome I walk past this building almost everyday. You should do the CBC building next to it.

Ever since it came out, this has always been an important building in my cities. The planning for my downtowns usually starts with plopping this, and building around it. Time tested, very well made.

There ARE dependencies. It's just a brown box. Fail.

@Evil Weasel: You have most probably just copied one of the sub folders to your plugin, and missed the model file. Please stop making a fool out of yourself every now and then. Tip: if everything works fine for eveyone but you - think before you post!

thank you absolutely unbeleivable high quality in all aspects the night lighting is superb and quite amazing for so long ago this is still of highest quality 5 years later

6459978 must have moved on to great things after this. Can't believe I downloaded all his residential bats and missed out this one. Btw, I agreed that almost all pictures of his bats on the STEX don't do justice to the quality of his work.

12 years later and this still looks fresh! You were so ahead of your time it's a shame you don't BAT anymore. Your second upload, Stephens Drive I think, was years ahead of anyone else in terms of quality and concept. I just got back in to the game after a 2 or 3 year absence and I'm (re)downloading custom content and (re)discovering familiar accounts--so glad I found you!
