About This File

This is an MTP update to the original Observation Tower. The modifications are rather extensive and include:

1. The lot has been re-sized from a 2x2 lot to a 1x1 lot.
2. The textured version of the lot uses the new
MTP
blended forest floor texture and the trees have been removed from the lot.
3. As one lot can now be used by all forest/woods styles, the extra versions of the lot have been removed. Instead of  6 separate lots, there are now only 2... a textured and a non-textured version.

For those of us who think we're above it all... or would like to be... we give you... the Observation Tower. Situated on a 1x1 lot that will blend with all tree types, this tower can be used as a fire watch tower, a bird watching platform, or a deer blind for those of you who are compelled to pop a cap upside Bambi's head.

The lot has the same park-like properties as any of the  2x2 Forest/Woods lots and is offered in textured and non-textured versions.  Each lot has been sanctioned by the NTHA (National Tree Huggers Association)... a non-profit and totally fictional organization.

**This file currently contains an .exe installer suitable for windows users.  These files are in the process of being updated with zip files and this message will be removed once the update is complete.

All Pegasus files are now legacy content and are no longer officially supported - however support from the wider community can be requested here.
