I am super impressed and it is an awesome looking building. My only critical point is I think the roof needs a bit of 'junk'. Otherwise tip top!

Heh..heh funny you should mention that. The actual building has no junk that I am aware of, T wrecks made some lots with 'Roof Junk' but I didn't feel they fit right with the theme of the building. Oh well.

Whoops, just to clarify a little glitch in the dependencies listing: It's -EITHER- the BSC SG Prop Packs x3 -OR- the BSC BAT Props MEGA Pack SG Vol 01; i.e. 3 dependencies (which are very widely used). The enclosed readme file contains all game-relevant stats you may want to know (lot size etc.)

Ah, Finally it's here. And about the roof: It looks like that in real life. Well, ofcourse it's a 10 what else could i possibly give? :P

@ Slowhand: It looks worse than it is. SimGoober's two flora packs are quasi-standard by now, and those BSC textures are used for so many buildings that most people have them anyway. The MEGA packs are just alternatives, no additional dependencies. ;o)
