i remember when they built the TD building, and it took over tallest building in winnipeg from the Richardson building. It was a sad day for the Richardsons lol (damn banks)

hey this is an awesome building.what would be totally awesome is if you or someone else can do like a Seattle series. i live in Seattle.There are a few, but none of them are to scale of one another and SimCity's version of Columbia Seafirst Center is way too short!

It's boring, it's unspectacular, it looks generic - in other words: It's perfect, and it's exactly what SC4 needs much more of in order to look more realistic! Thanks a ton for it, great work!

Thank you all for amazing reviews! Every time I started reading a response, I got depressed and then I totally brightened up. :P I realized that the only way I could keep myself on the track to perfect "boxy and boring" buidings was to re-create some from a REAL city. Anyways, thank you all!

Are other ppl having problems with the zip? For me, the file kept shutting down if I didn't unzip the parent file "Richardson Building".

The growable zip works for me. I'm on a Mac, I don't know if that has anything to do with it.

I can't open the growable zip either. Nice to see Canadian Content (The CRTC would be proud!)
