About This File

For those of you who want to add something genuinely different, tobreak up the probable monotony of pitched roofs and neoclassical ennuithat dominates the suburban landscape with ruthless homogeny (at leasthere in America it seems to). This strikingly unusual residentialstructure will at least bring some visual interest into a suburbanworld, or add a subtly organic yet defiantly brutalist  depth to amore urban environment.

Details:

18 R$$$ resident capacity

(up to 36 R$ residents)

Has nightlights, is ploppable (Growable will be released in DAT form along with a whole lot of other similar buildings.)

This is the first small-scale (Less than 3-squares wide) BAT I've done. Please Rate and Comment.

It may seem like I've uploaded a lotlately. These are all just projects mostly done over the Summer, I justdidn't have the time to render them until now.

Interesting BAT that will add a different aspect to the boring roofs of SC4. Such a pity that plop residentials don't work so I won't rate. I shall make a growable for my own use.

Makes me think of Shin Takamatsu, who designed houses and small businesses to look like giant electric dynamos and Star Destroyer command bridges for the quietly traditional residential neighborhoods of historic Kyoto.

Looks fabulous, I love having high wealth houses for my upper upper class area, and this one fits my preferences excellently.

Mind you, it looks about as functional as a wrench in a turbine. But then again, thats the point of most 'modern' architecture. Nice job!
