This lot is a 2x2 R$$ loft-styled building with very wide window panels that will fit perfectly in your city outskirts. There's some stuff that needs to be corrected or added (inner walls and furnitures), but I think the current BAT is OK for a beta release. This is my first attempt in the BAT/lot modelling, and of course criticism is welcome. The roof junk (HVACs and ductings) are from Phillippbo's Essential BAT Tutorial.
Installation note: put the file "R$$2_2x2_loft_valley_90415022.SC4Lot" in your My Docs/SimCity 4/Plugins" folder.
