About This File

The GLR Tram Mod is an extended, modified and enhanced version of the original Light Rail Mod, created by daeley and mikeseith. There are four different tram stations included for the GLR-(Ground Light Rail)-Mod, which is now integrated into the NAM (Network Addon Mod). Each tram station has a different color (blue, green red and yellow), which spawns tram automata of the same color. With this setup, it's possible to create four different tram lines in one city by using a specific tram station color along each line. All four tram vehicles can be used in "U Drive It" mode, too.

Please make sure to read the readme file before installing this mod, otherwise it might not work as intended! If you have any further questions, please refer to the Ground Light Rail Support thread. The mod doesn't have any external dependencies except of the Network Addon Mod, available in the Modding Files Section. If you have any previous versions of this mod installed, please bulldoze all tram stations and remove the files first before installing this version.

This download comes with an EXE installer; Mac users can use FileJuicer to extract the files.

Of course this is an english version - but since I have a German SimCity version, the text in the query is obviously in German. ;-)

Awesome work, great idea about making four (or more...?) different lines with the different coloured stations etc. I'm well impressed!

Please check if the capacity of the stations is 2000! On some systems, there could be a bug what overrides the transit capacity and shows 2 in the dialogs. This bug occurs on my system. If anyone else has the same problem, I will publish a bugfix.

There is one file included what hides the el-rail automata. You have to delete it if you want to see it beside these trams.

WOW! This is nice.. I installed it, removed the no el file...and everything works great. Im impressed with the fact that I can have these trams run seperate from my heavyweight ub/el lines, both in UDI and automata... Big thumbs up!!!
