The building is shaped like a skewed parallelogram, creating two triangular plazas on either end of the building. These plazas often host small exhibitions or other events, sponsored by the Washington Atlantic Company, which of course help to show off their products.
NB - These are classed as Take-It-Or-Leave-It (TIOLI) BAT buildings. In other words, they are old buildings that do not reflect the current caliber of the designer's work, and have not been updated.
NB #2 - The brick plaza you see in the night shot is not part of the lot, but rather a group of Ped Malls that were plopped there.
