brilliant - the roof texture is perfect - you've come a long way on your roof textures since your first BAT. These are extremely useful and well put together!

Brilliant!!! There are loads of these bungalows on a housing estate near me and they are almost IDENTICAL to yours! Superb! Unfortunately, the council want to pull them down and cram the residents into highrise flats because "The bungalows make poor use of valuable land". Honestly!!!

I've used this for a while and it looks really good in-game, but the model is a bit too large for the lot. The stats are too small for a stage 3 building. If the model could be shrunk by about 20%, it would be perfect.
