I actually really like this! While the billboards might be a bit much, and it would definately be better whth jobs, I cannot see how you could give something like this a thumbs down. I would normally rate this as an 8, but to balance it out a bit, I will give this a 10.

Looks Great :) And the STEX is a place for positive feedback only! Ive noticed that people now thumbs down just about all lots because they want BATs... not everyone is skilled enough to do BATS. Just give the people some slack, I personally like this lot and give it a lot rating of 9/10.

Love the parking, you should make a simple cinema withe side parking.

I have to say i'm not a fan of buildings cobbled together, but despite that this is one of the better jobs i've seen. 7/10

I don't really know why are there so many 'Thumbs Downs'. The overall building still looks pretty good even though it looks like a lot of buildings cobbled up together. Though, you could have done some more work on it, it is still nice. Good work on the Nightlighting!

Let me sum this up for you all. This is an accptiable building for a lot editor. However it has no purpose in my cities. I mean it looks accptable, however am i going to build it on one of my high traffic downtown lots just becouse it looks kinda prity and has some cars infront of it.

It looks alright, but it is still just a bunch of buildings pushed together. Many of which do not really match...
