Btw,you do not have to build it over a road or something,you can plopp it anywhere,over forests,parks and even other small buildings,as you wish.- And it also has twice 365 jobs (and the costs too) if you plopp 2 buildings as shown on the pic.

Looks like it almost defies the laws of gravity.

How come MrBisonm never includes which prop pk you need? This building appears as a vacant lot for me. I have all CSX,CDK and BSC available, well I went and got every pk available. dozens of them now and still no buildings, even after uninstall and reinstall. ZIP contains only a blank lot file.

even though its just a bunch of maxis(ithink) buildings piled on top of each other it still looks cool :)
