10/10, not only because of the great idea, but also because you used an animal statue for a surveyors monument. hehehe.

ok, what does it do, does it sit there and look pretty or does it provide you with money every month? otherwise it seems nice

Someone told me that they could not bulldoze this lot, so I moved the building closed to the middle of the lot. I also reduced the size of the building, and have tested it extensively. It bulldozes just fine. And for free also.

As for what does it do. It is simply a marker to use to make tick marks on the edges of your brand new blank city space. Or you can mark a square in the center of your city to reserve for future buildings. It is FREE, that is the important part.

I have moved this nice tool to the Landmarks menu, since it is actually more of a landmark than anything else. It is also RH compatable. Enjoy!

Great idea. You just plop it down, as many as you like. You cannot build over it, so it is a way to set aside land for future development. I use it to reserve space for Highways and the ends of bridges before I build. Just plop them in any shape you want.... it is really simple!

The instructions, for those who find them unclear: Suppose you plan to run a freeway straight down the middle of your map - use this object to mark where you plan to place the freeway, then come back & demolish it later when you expand.

I've used this wonderful tool in many cities on my old computer. I recently got a new one, and need this badly there! Not only is it wonderful for marking out areas it also has a small power source that will help take care of a small number of buildings. This is a MUST!
