Landport Tower 1.0

With its small footprint, this could be used either as a small part of a large downtown or as a centrepiece building in a small one... it doesn't hurt that it's a good looking building either. Good to see ploppable and growable in the same file too.

Great building. It's a type of building we need more of in sim city. This building kinda of reminds me of the Landmark/BB&T building in Greenville, SC.

That is a really nice plaza at the bottom with the stairs. Must people don't put any effort into the grounds. Your getting better with every BAT tonsko.

this originally is very useful, i did not discover this until 2011, but I plop it and realize it really can only fit in 500-800 jobs at best, but it turns out to be 3,000 jobs. It's a shame, I have to delete the file altogether.
