Isn't the number of jobs a little on the low side?

the # of jobs is way too low, the minimum for a building of this hieght would be sumthing like 1000

I like the building but it is way too skimpy on jobs. Might want to throw a zero on the end of that 214 to fit in with SC4 standards, please.

A nice modern looking building.

It gets constructed in every corner, hate it. But the ploppable is OK. But i dont want it all over my city so i removed it.
