Street Light Colour Pack V2 1.0

@chocolatemax285: green? I haven't seen green (or greenish) streetlights anywhere, maybe they are used to light open-space parking places and stadia or yards, but not roads, I think. Could you provide some pics?

How does these plot or do they automatically come up when laying road, highways etc??? Looking very good but not downloading & rating at the moment.

This mod does not affect the layout of streetlights, and is not network modding. It only changes the colours of the lightcones. You don't need to lay or bulldoze any road or street, just install the mod. You will have the same streetlights you had before, but with the light colour changed. The colours can be changed at any time (or the mod uninstalled altogether) without having to do anything else.

I tried it out in Messepeak, and I got brown boxes all over the place.

@shinkansen1: The only "dependency" is the file that contains the lightcones, and this IS included (and required). Pls check the readme for details.

I love the way these lights look. I downloaded the Highway Light Replacement Mod, and I made my highway lights orange. It looks great! It makes my highways look real!

In my country the highway lights are always at night :) well done!

Thanks for a great idea! BTW, "green" lightiing was the norm for street lights in the southern US - especially in the small towns - until sometime in the late 80s when the fancy halogen lamps were brought into use at the interstate interchanges and eventually into the cities.

This is awesome, definitely very high on the must have list! Some extra colours would be nice later, but the blue lights seem not to show up at all? (I installed everything)

There aren't "blue" lightcones in this pack, instead there are "blueish" ones (basically white with a blueish tint) - see the readme for sample pics. And you may not install everything, for each lightpole type you may install only up to one StreetLightColourPackV2_LightPole_Colour.dat file. For example, to set the colour for mid-wealth roads to blueish you must install StreetLightColourPackV2_Road$$_Blueish.dat (and no other Road$$ files).

This is an exxelent mod. More Realism for us. I'll try out using different colors for different roads.

I hope this won't interfere with pegasus avenue medians? Anyway it looks good.
