Update April 16th 2005: The Plugin Manager values have been corrected. The building is now more balanced with other buildings.
Update November 19th 2005: Corrections to this buildings in game stats have been included in T Wreck's Stats and Values Pack and Reference Database. The corrections I made in April were improvements, but the stats were still way off.
