whoa!.. thats tight!! shouldnt it be place on half land and half water? . if its surrounded by water how are the sims suppose to get to it?

ed_diaz, you are right, I always wondered about that in SC2000, which was the main inspiration for this lot. I will have to think about how to modify it so it has a bridge or something going to the beach. I am still learning how to get lots onto variable terrain. Thanks for the input.

Salamanda, thanks for the suggestion, there are a couple of ideas I want to work on in that respect. I will have a tinker with it tomorrow and see what I can come up with.

Will the boats actually move???

villarule, the boats in the first picture don't move but if you look in the second picture there is a boat in the lower right. There are a whole heap of these but they appear mostly further out to sea. Sometimes they don't appear straight away in the game.

SOMEwhere in the LEX (!) there's an overbridge lot, maybe you could use the same technique as was used on that one for a bridge to the shore (?)

Hmm, did you know Maxis is putting a Marina in with Rush Hour? It'll let you drive boats through your city!

Hey, this is coming along nicely! I think the LEX should bump these up when they're updated, otherwise they get lost even though there are big changes. Then I guess you'd have everyone bumping they're lots with little changes, though.

Ah! At last I found the marina... not the way I expected, like the marina in the old SCs, but it stil great.
