I have added a bridge to the shore, improved the lighting slightly and added navigation lights. I am still working on this lot and hope to come up with more improvements. The zip now contains both the original and the new version.
A recreational marina for your waterfront developments. This marina acts as a large park. I have not modded it but if you have any requests for a simple modd let me know and I will try to implement it. The lot is 4x3 tiles.
To place it, you will need to level an area of seabed that is not too deep. If the seabed is not level the lot can still be placed, but the graphics will not look quite right.
I don't know why, but the whales in my game find it very interesting and come in to check it out.
