Nice work.The game needs more large industry. I wish this were ploppable though,it's a unique,one per city type lot and shouldnt be growable (only) IMO.

Garfiedude - I have tested it in game and managed to get it to grow. The trouble is, it's 6 x 5 tiles and industrial buildings that big don't grow all that often. If you've got a large enough area of zoned high density industrial land and sufficient I-M demand, it should grow.

It looks great in the game. Please make some more industrial facilties. Not many of the good BATters do and I've got enough commercial buildings already. Thanks for making this.

Design perfect and actually close to many printing sights! description though, would only fit a sheet fed press. The Urbanite 4 high units/folder are about 3 stories tall n the press together would fill entire frnt, tall sect. of your build. The tall part n press; always the backside/dock

frndofyaweh: Yes, it's a relatively small scale printing operation - indeed the presses are sheet-fed, the map paper comes pre-cut on pallets, it is printed in-house using a 1.5 storey height Nebiolo press and then folded and cased on another machine.
