The CrosswordTower, a midrise office building, is not only HQ of the CrosswordCorp., it's also space there for smaller companies' offices or branchesof banks etc... So there are working about 1,500 sims in the tower,ploppable (costs 22,000$ to plop) and growable(3x3 Lot, high density)!
