Its a first in Commercial lots I have seen so far, nicely done. The irony is that we the players r the true SC4 realtors w/out even knowing it.

Your description says "...to see houses," but the query reports on commercial. The query is a wonderful idea, maybe another version can have residential reporting. Great bat though!
