This is a city firehouse inspired by the NYC firehouse that was used in Ghostbusters. It will fit into city environments better than the originals. Here are the stats:
Plop: $500; Bulldoze: $50; Monthly: $100; 1 engine; 1x2 lot with a radius that will cover most of a small map.
I was going to play around with more textures to create a few more types of this building, but I rushed it this morning after hearing that two NYFD firefighters lost their lives last night. It seemed like a nice tribute. If you still want other versions, comment and let me know.
There are no outside dependencies to this lot, just copy the folder into the plugins folder. As always, Shmails designs are public domain and are free to be used as you fell fit. Credit is always appreciated. Please comment, and enjoy!
